Dispute Resolution

Since 1989 I have been appointed as Expert Witness on many major construction disputes at arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation. I have given evidence at hearings in the UK and in the Caribbean.

Tender Planning

Civil Engineering works including: Roads & bridges, waste water treatment works, water treatment works, sewerage schemes, docks and harbours, marine defence works, bulk earthworks, tunneling, pipelaying, bulk fuel installations at RAF bases, major RC works, bridge & viaduct repair works etc.

Building works including: Hospitals, hotels, housing schemes, sports stadia, offices, warehousing, refurbishment etc.

Contract Planning & Monitoring

Development of the Contract programme. Integration of sub-contractors programmes, design activities and material supplies. Fully resourced programmes for planning labour and plant usages and for providing accurate cash-flow predictions throughout the project.

Monitoring of progress throughout the project, advising on where time has been lost and examining the possible alternatives for bringing the project back on time and within budget.
